Why storytelling photography?
I am such a firm believer that candid and natural images always show the best versions of ourselves. Storytelling photography takes that mindset and bumps it up a notch. It's capturing your family being a family; doing the things you love, being playful in your home, or even slowing down and being present with one another. Photographing a pretty location is not the priority. Capturing your family where you are and how you are is the most important thing.
What's it like?
Storytelling sessions are a relaxed way to slow down and spend an hour together. These sessions are family-led which means when I come around, the inspiration I find will be of how you interact as a family. No posing or smiling for the camera, just subtle guiding from me in order to create the most organic and natural moments. All you need to worry about is snuggling and playing together.
What happens after?
Once our session is completed, I will send you a sneak of your images within a couple of days. This is always my favorite part- going through the images that we created together! After your sneak peek, you will receive your fully edited (color and black and white) gallery for you to view and share! My turn around time for competed galleries is 3 weeks. You will select your favorites to download and keep forever!
